Product Returns:
Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase provided the item is in it's original condition. Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. Returns may be subject to a restocking and processing fee.
Standard Warranty:
Pet Tutor products are covered for 1 year from the date of purchase. If an item is defective(chewing not covered) it will be repaired or replaced during this time. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees.
